Is a 1GB AMD Radeon HD 7690M GDDR5 Discrete Graphics Card any good?

Is this graphics card good for skyrim? and mods as well?

    My 4 300 and sixty 5 days previous workstation (one million.4 GHz twin middle processor, 2 GB of RAM, and a geforce 8600m gt) can play diablo 3 on low settings, that card is approximately 5 or 6 generations extra present day than mine (quite speaking). you will have not have been given any situation

    Is that on the lenovo Y470 ? Yep, it's a good card. Intel HD graphics can run skyrim!
