Jehovah's Witnesses why do I have to prove I am a JW & how can I do so ?

I know your a Jehovah's witness, Ive seen your Qs & As for a couple of years now and i would never doubt that your a witness because your upfront enough to tell us if you decided not to be a witness anymore.

If this person wants proof, maybe you can invite him/her to a meeting at your hall together and he/she can pay the air fare to get there!

See tricky thing is to watch how the question is worded. Very few people actually know how to word their questions properly and pass off as a Witness.

The user asked you: "When did the last days start". It shows that he knows the answer to the question, also he is aware that it has already begun.

"And when Armageddon be" which also shows that he knows that it hasn't started.

According to your reply, then he would know if you are a Witness or not. And well with the reply you gave him, I'm sure he doubts it.

I don't know how many people actually sit down and read the questions or answers people post, but read it with an intention of analyzing the person to see what is what, but that usually tells if a person is a Witness, was a Witness, studying, never studied and so forth. A couple of right questions, and you can find out everything you need to know.

Now there are some extremely careful people who word their questions in such a way, that you can't figure them out. So next time you go to answer a similar question, or message, watch the wording of the question.

I would ignore. It does not matter to me who on this website believes I am one or not. If there is a question, my answer will always have a bible quote and I do all my research on the Watchtower CD. I will NOT answer any blocked EX-JW's question. A waste of time.

This is Internet Land...anyone can claim to be anything and anyone can easily provide "proof" such as the questions you were asked by simply typing a few words into a search engine about our beliefs. Like Sunshine said any opposer/apostate can do that. It proves nothing.

I was asked by a sister (I know she doesn't doubt I am a Witness but she was trying to make a point) to answer a question posed in our Yearbook to "prove" I am a genuine sister - what she forgets is that even our Yearbook material is available online and if I was an oppser or an apostate I could easily have access to that material anyway! There really is no way to "prove" anything but all I can say is that after a while it becomes EVIDENT who is genuine and who isn't...Lone I have no doubt of who you are, we've known each other for a while now and I am proud to call you my brother.

Don't worry about having to "prove" anything to anyone - to someone who is determined to put us and our beliefs in a bad light and attempt to cause divisions amongst us, NOTHING you say or do would be construed as adequate proof anyway.

I care about the opinions of my GENUINE brothers and sisters on here (they know who they are and I love them all) and the only good opinion and praise I seek above all is that of Jehovah Almighty God.

What's the cartoon, "on the internet nobody knows you're a dog"... nobody can "prove" anything on the internet. Any novice Apostate could answer those two questions.

Personally, if you are on my contact list i believe you are a Witness from the quality of your answers. But what does it matter? Really? It's all so inconsequential.

We stand or fall before our maker. We have a real flesh and blood brotherhood. We have a network of excellent posters that have proven their metal on the www trenches.

Hello Lone, I can remember from a time back when I had my old account before leaving what you were like, you answers were, well less desirable should we say. But I can see from your answers that you now feel the right way so to say, your answers are well rounded and full of information on the subject at hand.

Some times it is easy to give proof but as you said any one can find out that information. I trust you as I have seen a massive turnaround in the way you answer and your out look on life.

If this person does not want to trust you then that is down to him,not you. If he does not want the help he asked for from good hearted people then just leave him to it. I too answered that question and I will leave it to him now, if he truly wants help he can come to us so to say.

I know that it can be hard are times but just keep looking forward and thanking Jehovah for what you have and the blessings you receive.

Don't worry about it. This is the internet there is absolutely no way to really know with certainty the identity of those you've never met.

Anyone requesting you to prove something online is being really foolish.

Please don't worry for a second about proving to anyone on this site that you are JW. Only worry about Jehovah, at the end of the day he is the only one that really matters.

Those of us know by answers and by knowledge of the Bible who are true Witnesses. Those who aren't try to copy us and act like they know like we do. They get exposed for frauds after time. Just keep doing what you are doing, we stand with you.

The fake JW's might fool some humans, but Jehovah knows who's who, that's all that matters.

Real JW's don't need to care.
