    as we know that,

    c=nλ

    where,

    c= speed of light=3*10^8 m/s

    n=frequency and λ=wavelength

    therefore,

    n=c/λ

    n=3*10^8/1*10^-4

    n=3*10^12

    the ans is (D)

    =>n = c/λ

    =>n = (3 x 10^8)/(1.0 x 10-4)
