    here: i've been using this: but the quality of the music isn't as great as it is off itunes when it's off youtube but it still works well.

    download mediahuman, then you just copy n paste youtube url and it'll convert it into an mp3 file. you can keep copying and pasting so the list grows, then you can convert them all at once instead of one by one
