So im on the mission "destroy the barricade". I have a level 14 R&D team. Which is 2 higher then what i need so im good. But everytime i check on the C4 im building it always says 0%. How do i make it faster? Because i need C4 to destroy the barricade. HELP. 10 pts for answer

Your R&D team can only develop while you're on a mission.
So, if you need the C4 for your Main Ops but it isn't available - just do some Extra Ops (like recruiting more guys for your teams) and within a few missions, you should have your C4 developed and you can continue on with the Main Ops.
