34 DDD/F size and back pains?

So i am 5'2, 130 pounds and a 34 DDD/F. I'm pretty skinny but my boobs are huge! They also cause me problems like back pains and breathing problems. My chest hurts sometimes too at random moments and it feels like it's because they are so heavy. I've tried buying bras at Fredricks but they never seem to fit right or don't support me good enough. Like they still sag with the bra on. Is there anywhere i can find a bra that can hold them up or should i seriously consider a reduction? Please help cause they are causing lots problems for me :(

    Hey Caelan,

Excuse me being a guy, but honestly you have an extremely good figure - petite but curvy - that's the Holy Grail! :) I am absolutely sure you don't need a reduction - your size is larger than average but not excessively large, and a reduction is substantial and invasive surgery with significant risks and side effects - it is far from a perfect solution and path to perfect perky C cups and I am sure you don't need to go to that extreme.

I think part of your problem may be perception. You say your breasts still sag even with a bra on - I honestly think there's a very good chance they do no such thing. Large natural breasts will always sit a little lower than smaller ones, that doesn't mean they are saggy, or look saggy - they're just larger. I suspect you are consciously or subconsciously expecting them to sit right up on your chest like little B cups would - no bra will do that unless it's a crazy push-up (not a good look), nor do they need to be up there to look good. It's also true that on shorter girls this can be more... I want to say noticeable but that sounds negative and it's really not - but anyway, you have a shorter torso than a tall girl so naturally you may feel they're relatively 'lower' - but honestly that's not bad, or unattractive, or something you need to 'fix'. I really am quite sure you look great. :)

As for bras, well, as I'm sure you do already you just need to shop around - there's no one brand or shop that is the perfect answer, but there are MANY cute, pretty and sexy bras out there in your size, just take your time and keep it fun. To improve back pain, think about your posture and try to sit/stand straight - don't hunch forward, which you may do to try to hide/minimise your chest. Exercise - a mix of aerobics to improve your flexibility and tone, together with running if you can to improve your general fitness and tone. Wear a bra only when you really need to - they hold the weight of the breasts out away from the body and distribute it unnaturally on your upper back and shoulders, increasing the strain on your back. By the way, this will also help to reduce/minimise sagging - breasts are supported by ligaments which need to be worked in order to strengthen and be able to support the breasts properly. Bras do their work for them so (like any ligaments in the body) they will atrophy (weaken) - without a bra the weight and movement of the breasts causes them to work, and so strengthen. If you have a boyfriend/husband/significant other massage can also help - they get to enjoy your boobs, so make them contribute to looking after them too! :)

Hope that helps - again, you really do have a great figure and I'm sure at least part of the issue is your own self-perception. Be proud, focus on the positives, and enjoy your body. :)

    Ddd Back Problems

One of my best friends is 5'6", 130 lbs and a 32F as well. She also gets back problems and has a hard time finding clothes that fit her. I once went bra shopping with her at a specialty store and she bought a bra that cost over $200! And I thought my $50 Victoria's secret bra was pricey... lol

Anyway, what you can do is strengthen your back muscles, because that's what supports your front muscles. Seems self-explanatory enough, right? So try doing exercises that work primarily on your back muscles. The best exercise you can do would be swimming, because it doesn't put any strain on your joints, your boobs will be weightless in the pool, and swimmers get really strong backs because the muscles are constantly working.

There are specialty stores and online stores that sell bras for full-chested women. You could go online and find one located near you, and go in for a fitting if you can. The bras might be pricey, but they'll be so much more comfortable and make your life so much better.

Too big in the band, and the cups might not give enough coverage. Buying the wrong bra size not only looks and feels uncomfortable, it causes serious health problems. I would recommend finding a different style bra.

Reduction wouldn't be any harm, and would surely help with your back pains!!! My friend also has boobs that are ginormous, and she found that wearing two sports bras did the trick for keeping them in place. But she doesn't wear shirts that show cleavage, so if you want to show your girls off a bit, I'd suggest getting a special measurement to be sure, and then finding the low cut, but still tight sports bras...

Oh, my friend used one regular sports bra, and then one with padding so she doesn't nipp.

are yous sure of your bra size. I live in the US and I have had a much better experience wearing bra made in the UK using their sizing. http://confessionsofacurvygirl.wordpress.com/2011/...

If your breast are saggy with a bra on it's most likely that your aren't wearing the right size.

Be lucky you have them. I've got none and feel inadequate and it sucks dating...anyways. Correct the posture and wear a good bra. Work out your core and eat healthy maybe consider a reduction of it really bothers you.
