Try some of Forever 21's more floral print pieces of clothing (I.e.): flowy sleeved deep colored tops withe delicate floral patterns, colored pants, ect., or you could try anthropology; they would have a lot of the kinds of stuff you're talking about, but I do not suggest them if price is a major concern. What about Indie? Like, patterned tights, coloured skinny trousers, tying your hair up in a high bun. Erm...floral tops? Jersey kinda tops too, and blouses. Vest tops. Big jumpers and tops, and tight trousers and tights. Sneakers and converses for shoes.
