I need help configuring my pc keyboard?
Ok, I have a windows xp pc and I'm bilingual so not only I write stuff in english, I also write a lot of things in spanish. What I'm asking for is help for configuring the `~ key below esc and above tab in a way so I only have to press that key and les say for example the n and this will come up "ñ" you know, without having to use alt+164=ñ.

Use the United States - International key board, that letter consists of the ~ key and the n key. ññÑ
