Sounds youve OILY skin this reason you dont Find a glowing
and dewy complexion that attractive.
People with Dry skin Likes Radiant skin Even do it can
look a bit oily But some people likes this way.

I understand what you mean by looking oily and shiny. but no, radiant skin is just a hint of glow on the right spot of your face that gives you a fresh look, a healthier look. I have pretty dry skin and i really like to use a highlighter on top of my cheek bones :)

A natural shine looks good, but horribley shiny is just... bad. Radiant skin means a natural glow not horribley shiny... Although some people prefer having matte skin.
