I loved my best friend but some stuff happened?

Ok heres my story, I have loved my best friend for awhile now and have been chasing after her for some time now. I've told her I loved her and wanted to be with her probably at least 30 times and she has said no she has no feeling for me and wants to date other guys all of those 30 times(over about a year). I decided I needed a break from her and didn't talk to her for 3 days. She had been dating this guy and he came over to her house and she told me that they made out and stuff but she couldn't go through with hooking up with him because she felt really bad about doing it because of how I felt. So I met with her and hung out 2 days after my break from her and she told me all this, that it was a huge mistake and that she really wants to be with me. It kind of bothers me that she told me about this other guy and all but at the same time im happy she wants to be with me and I know in the back of my brain she has told me time after time she doesn't like me and wants to be with other guys. I have no right to be upset right? because she wasn't with me and told me she didn't want to be with me. Should i just be happy we are together now
