How do you comment on favorability (product formation)?

For example: Keq = 1x10^13

in H2+F2 <--> 2HF

    The very large equilibrium constant means that almost all of the reactants combine to generate the product.

    Keq = {H2]*[F2] / [HF]

    This shows that the [H2]*[F2] product is 10^13 times larger than [HF] Since H2 and F2 are consumed in equal quantities, each of these will be √[10^13] = 3.16*10^6 times the HF concentration. The forward reaction is highly favored.
