if you have accessed porn on your computer, it may be blocked permanently. MSN are bringing out a new anti-pornographic policy.

Or the appropriate element i recommend is you call the the microsof t hotmail # and cancel your account. via fact it form of sounds like somebody has hacked your account. that's risk-free which you cancel your account
