That must be one husky 11 year old and one puny 34 year old.
But it's all about who forces who.
Haven't you seen that law and order svu episode where the 14 yr old boy goes around raping middle aged (30-50) year old women? He was the rapist there.
So, it's pretty possible, and the 11 year old would clearly be the rapist.
