And some of those answers are actually reportable. Because the community guidelines state that in answering, you must attempt to answer the question.

for instance:
can you do my homework? do it yourself. if you dont it shows you are cheating
That would be a violation (assuming the actual homework question was asked)

whereas:
where can i get <something>? check google
is not necessarily reportable, because the answer could reasonably be expected to be found on Google.
