What kind of cupcakes should I make? ?
I want to use just a box cupcake mix and I have a recipe for a cream cheese frosting but I just don't know what I want the cake to be and I don't know if I should add a flavor to the frosting. I don't want carrot cake because my hubby doesn't like the carrot pieces lol. And my mom is giving me a bunch of red velvet cake mixes so I wanted to hold off on making that. Suggestions? Thanks a lot! :)

Well, I was going to suggest red velvet, because it is good with cream cheese frosting, but since you want to hold off on tthat, then I'd suggest white cake or "fun-fetti". With those flavors, any flavor you add to the cream cheese would be good. Maybe try white cake with an orange or lemon cream cheese frosting, or "fun-fetti" with strawberry cream cheese frosting.Yumm!
