Playing Final Fantasy VII...How can I get back to the other continent?

So you got the Tiny Bronco, took it back around to Nibelheim, and fought your way back through the Nibel Mountains?

I didn't even think there was an actual exit going through that way, except for the plot cutscenes. If there is anway to go through there again, there should be a point in the mountains on the map that serves as an entrance.

Jeez I haven't played that in months, if I'm right you can not use the airplane unless it's not water right?

I'm afraid your only hope is to load up your previous save

Also you could try downloading a save game from the internet, putting it onto a memory stick and transferring it.

Don't know if it would work but it's too good a game to throw away now

I can't remember exactly if you can, but you should be able to go allllll the way back through the mountains, or just continue with the game. eventually you'll reach a point in the plot where you can go back.
