no but she would have if she had actually delivered the message to not worry. At that point there would have been no reason to go back so she wouldn't have which would have caused her to need to go back etc.
As it was she was worried because of the message and went back to fix that but it was the PAST making the future necessary. It was a weird situation though because had she never gone back she would never have needed to go back. Plot hole yes, paradox, not really.
