What are the chances of my fixed male cat impregnating my new female kitten?

My male cat was fixed when he was about 6 months old. He is now almost 3 years old. We brought in a female kitten in November. She is now about 6 months old. We havent gotten her fixed yet because we are looking for a new vet. What are the chances that the vet messed up some how on my male cats surgery?

Update:

Thanks. :) I feel better about it now. I dont want any unwanted kittens coming into the world.

Update 2:

She never tries to go outside, and we are getting her spayed soon.

None - if he was done years ago, he cannot get her pregnant. But if she gets outside she CAN get pregnant by other males - so keep her in and spay her quickly.

.0000000005% because I have heard of vets not taking off all of the tissue and still being able to get a cat pregnant I only heard it once though.
