what is the best mascara?
i need some new mascara, and i was wondering what kind to get. i like my eyelashes to be suuuper thick and long on the outsides, and more natural looking on the insides (next to my nose), kind of like cat eye, but with eyelashes instead of eyeliner. so, what kind could be used for both? and preferably under $20 or so. thanks!
