anyone have any idea what this missing car piece would be from my 2009 nissan versa hatchback?
it's right below the windshield and right above the hood of the car (if that makes any sense)...it looks like someone removed the piece and tried to get into my car....

Its usually known as the cowl area. Its where the AC/Heat system sucks in fresh air into the vents.
A cover/trim piece covers the cowl area.
But im not sure if this is exactly what you are talking about. Pictures would be helpful.
And im sure you can not get into a car from this area.
