The United States Supreme Court (SCOTUS) is currently hearing oral arguments for cases. A complete docket schedule and a list of recent decisions is posted on the Court's website: http://www.supremecourt.gov/
President Obama's health care law, known as the Affordable Care Act, was challenged by many Republican state attorneys-general, and SCOTUS will hear the case from March 26-28. The decision will have wide-ranging affects, including setting a precedent on the constitutionality of the "individual mandate."
