sigh, just got a ticket...?
offense: disregarding officer, and violation not wearing glasses, ( they broke and i will be getting them on tuesday or wednesday my eye doctor told me),
so im driving behind some car about 30-40 yards back going 50 but i slow down of course , i see some sirens in the middle lane u know the yellow lane, and i notice the car in front turning right so i follow check my blind spot and proceed to follow traffic, i asume the sirens are on because someone is getting a ticket because the officer was talking to the guy, well when i turn back around it seems like he's telling me to go to the furthest lane to my right, (its a three lane street side) then i slow down of course theres a cop in the road... im going around 30 here. Then i see him blowing a whislte and had his hand up so i stop. mind u he came runing at me... to stop... im so confused to why he told me to stop, i roll down my window and blah blah blah he gives me a ticket for not stopping .... i stopped... wth?!?!? and of course because i wasnt wearing my glasses.. im kinda venting right now.. but while this is all fresh in my memory id like some opinions... i think maybe if the officer was paying more attention to traffic instead of talking to someone else this could have been avoided but idk.... i cant give him all the blame i guess..

OK, let's cool it.
You were apparently driving with a restricted driving license that is not valid unless you are wearing glasses. There can be no excuse for disregarding the law as you might be expected to wear a older pair of glasses that any sensible young man would be keeping in the car as a spare set.
Now here's what you can do. Don't pay the tickets. Instead communicate with the court and ask for a court date and plead Not Guilty and be very adult and stand up to the judge and say you had just broken your glasses and were waiting for your new pair to be ready which you would be wearing in court. You would offer as evidence your paid receipt dated within a few days of the violation.
Your pleading in court is to hopefully reduce the ticket from a 10 or 12 point driving without a license to maybe a one point negligent driving. The judge may very well accept your repentant pleading and either dismiss the case or reduce the offense.
The one big thing you did wrong was to be going 30 mph during the congestion and confusion. With sirens and police at the intersection your speed should have been half what it was.

getting site visitors college relies upon on the place you reside and how many cases you have already carried out site visitors college. some insurance firms cut back you a destroy the 1st time yet no longer the 2nd time. In different words, you could examine with the site visitors court docket and your insurance organisation. in case you have carried out this in the previous and / or had different tickets you're no longer getting lots of a destroy. Breaks are for persons who make a mistake as quickly as. persistently making errors do no longer qualify.
