i spilled a glass of water over my phone 2 weeks ago i let it dry out its working ok but i was wondering if?
i put it in rice would it dry it out a bit more as there are watermarks on the screen its a blackberry storm 9500 thanks for any advice
it was dried as soon as it got wet so there are just watermarks under the screen

You could try it, but I can almost say for certain it won't work. It got wet 2 weeks ago, so the water would have dried by now. And, if it is under the screen, the rice won't absorb it. The rice trick only works as soon as you get it wet, you can't just let the water sit in for a couple weeks.

Hi, most likely the water has slid into the lcd screen. I've replaced them myself on various mobile phones and there be's a covering of film type ontop of the screen. You have 3 options >open it up and try cleaning between film type and screen > Replace the screen yourself > Just live with it (thats what i recommend lol).
Congrats on getting it working though, Thats the hard part lol :)
