Crest whitening strips question?
It says on the box "30 minutes for ten days" and it has ten packs. So obviously they want you to do it over a course of ten days, but I was wondering what would happen if I use them two or three times in one day? For 30 min each like the box. Is that bad for your teeth, or would the results not be as good? It doesn't say on the box.

I would imagine that that would be too hard on your teeth. I mean, my mom got me Crest 3d white strips for Christmas & i got the gentle routine(5 mins for each session) & it came with 27-28 packs. I would follow as directed dude. Don't try to put that much pressure on your teeth.. i can only imagine how sensitive that would make your teeth if you used 3 packets in one day.

That is very bad for your teeth. Don't do more than what the directions say, or else you'll regret it with lots and lots of sensitivity!
