What is going on? (Female Issues)?
My period was 10 days early (which has never happened before). It is now going on day 8 and is still on the heavier side. This is very unusual for me! My normal cycle usually last 6 days and tapers off to light spotting.
I'm having some mild cramping and some pain on the right side where my ovary would be. Any ideas what is going on? Stress? Ectopic pregnancy (haven't taken a test yet)? A ovarian cyst?

There are any number of causes of these symptoms. Most require medical treatment.
I can offer you all sorts of guesses, but please go see a doctor instead, and go soon. Some of these causes could be serious, many could be only minor.
