Hey now hon. Everyone's a little "Irish" on St. Patrick's. I have a bootleg cd called "Wake the Dead: A Celtic Celebration of the Grateful Dead". Play it every year on St. Paddy's day. I love it. I found a few songs. Enjoy :)

Kelly me Lass!,
I'll take anything by U2. 1/2 Irish and wholly PROUD! Me people came from Limerick (Clan Sheehan) aboard a vessel bound for Ellis Island in 1895; they landed moving to Connecticut soon there after. Me grandmother marched for women's sufferage in the 1920s (NYC) and was quite the tough old bird.
1/2 Irish and 1/2 Belgian; want the 1/2 truth?
BQ: Bing Crosby (<<<< sue me for he being a "Crooner" as opposed to "Rocker"...LOL!)
BQ2: Danced to "Erin Go Bragh" last night and feeling it today. Will skip for now.
BQ3: Moving and mega FIRE PIT on History sort of a "good bye" toast from all me neighbors.
A phrase for you and all the other takers here:
“May you never forget what is worth remembering, nor ever remember what is best forgotten”.
By all the shamrocks in old Killarney 'tis a joy to know you and that’s no Blarney,
O'Gerry of Clan Sheehan.....(Semper Fidelis)
Edit: All responders above me got a TU for their good nature and sense of community/holiday spirit!

Top o' the morning to you Kelly
Let's not forget a great Irish-Canadian band, The Irish Rovers.
Wasn't That A Party
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nVPu5v_S0Lk
(((Stella)))..yes every kid in school in Canada had to know The Unicorn song..
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Unicorn_(song)
..as well I should mention, when "Wasn't That A Party" was released and went on to become a Top 40 hit in the US, their record company thought the better and dropped Irish from the band's name. It was credited to 'The Rovers'.
I'd also like to add a song about a land in Irish mythology from one of my favorite artists, Van Morrison..
