There are no cheat codes for any of Black ops multiplayer features, but one loop hole is "gamesharing" which you can google if you would like.
It is pretty much you logging on a friends account and downloading a map pack they bought and downloaded to your PS3
There are cheat codes for the campaign however.
Well in the main menu screen of Black ops as your character Mason is sitting in the chair press R2 and L2 or RT and LT (whatever system you have) and than walk to the computer in the room.
After you get on the computer there are hundreds of things you can enter into it...
