How do you turn off parental control on a scanner?

Since that thing is a Dell, It has probably ran out of ink.

This is a racket that Dell does with it's cheapo Chinese made printers.

The ink cartridge quickly runs out of 1 color of ink. You must then spend $20+ dollars on a new Dell ink cartridge. If you don't, your machine goes into a shut down mode until you install a fresh Dell ink cartridge. This device insures that a picture you want to print, will not be ruined because an ink jet did not have all of the needed ink available.

It also insures that Dell will continue to make a windfall profit on its ink.

While those Dell SCPs may seem like a super bargain when you buy the package deal, you are only getting what you pay for. Believe me if you had bought a quality brand of printer then, you wouldd'nt have this problem now.

I have never heard of anyone having this problem with an Apple printer.
