Should I get the BlackBerry Curve 9360 or the Sony Xperia S?

My contract ends round about October, I know it's a bit early but I am looking at possible phones.

For a while now I have had my eye on the BlackBerry. I previously had one which the button went funny and then a replacement was worse so we got the HTC in the end. I miss that BlackBerry though, I like the qwerty keyboard, the speed of the intermet/connection and also the app speed. So I saw the 9360 as a newer and slimmer version with features that I want.

But I was previously saving up for a HD camera, but I have spent most the money I was saving up on other things, and saw this Xperia has a 12MP, 1080p HD camera which would be ideal for me and seemed fast but the only main problems I possibly have with it is that it is quite big which I like something fairly small to go in my pocket like the BlackBerry Curve 9360 and the Xperia is on android which I am having a bad experience with Android at the moment with my HTC wildfire so it is putting me off in terms of my current phone has slow Internet, slow at everything and crashes often. Which might be different with the Xperia.

Which would you say would be best?

I had a blackberry curve, not the brand new one but the one before that and it sucks, blackberrys really do suck. I now have a sony Xperia and it is ten times better, seriously get it you won't regret buying it

I've been planning on getting a new phone for a while and I'm probably going to get the Xperia S.

Bear in mind that a lot of new phones are released around October. They'll likely be a few new Sony's by then (the Xperia S's replacement is rumoured to be launched in July), the Samsung Galaxy S3 and the iPhone 5.
