Gym Schedule Question?
Hey everyone,
I am relatively new to the gym, I've been going for the past 3 months now with decent results. My question is about schedules. I go 4 times per week and try to go Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday, with 1 break day in there which still means 4 days. However, this week I have been swamped with tests in college and I didn't get to go Monday or Tuesday, but went Wednesday. I will make up the days by going Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. My question is, and I apologize if it's dumb, does it matter that my schedule shifted the way it did and will it have any bad effects? Or does it only matter that I go 4 times per week regardless of which days I go? Again, sorry if this is dumb I am just concerned about my schedule here.

Yup, it totally matters. Your quads are going to deflate like punctured balloons because you missed a couple of days.
OK, srsly-- of course it doesn't matter.

No it doesn't matter. You could have a week where you only get to the gym once or twice and you won't lose any results. It's fine. You won't lose gains that fast.
What I do when I know I'm going to miss a couple days because of tests. The day I do go to the gym I do a 1-2 exercises over all the muscle groups I normally work just so that I don't lose any progress in those muscles.
