Why am I feel weakness in my arms?

I'm currently 30 weeks pregnant, and was just diagnosed with glucose intolerance (not quite gestational diabetes). Probably a few weeks before my diagnosis, I started noticing a weakness in my arms. I don't get it all the time, but I'm noticing it more and more after I eat. It's super annoying. I have an appointment with a dietitian next week, but until then, has anyone else had these same symptoms? What was causing it? I'm not overweight--my doctor says I'm fine in that area. I work out 2-4 days a week, and since I was told about my glucose intolerance, I'm not eating any sweets. I don't eat white bread--only whole wheat, but I do love my carbs--like mac and cheese and potatoes and such. I only eat out once--maybe twice a week. Anybody know what I can try to make this stop?

Update:

Also, I don't really drink fruit juice. Only one diet cheerwine a day (sweetened with splenda--not sodium or carbs) So the only think I really drink is water.

This is definitely interesting, I've never heard of an intolerance of glucose---considering glucose is required for proper body function, it's as important as getting H2O.

What I think might help you out some with your symptoms, is to begin some treatments that'll improve your body's ability to metabolize sugar, I'm going to drop a link for that below..

It's to an article I've written about how to improve sugar metabolism, in theory it should help you out in your situation.. There's no maximum uptake and it won't lower or raise your blood sugar, it'll just make your body more capable at using it up and getting rid of it.

    Best of luck.
