my drivers wont install?

ok so i have a laptop and a while ago, thinking i could just install new graphics drivers to replace my old ones i deleted my drivers and it went wierd and didnt work so i just reinstalled the mobile intel (r) 965 expres chipset family or whatever its called wich is a desktop computer driver and whenever i went to play world of warcraft theyd crash and recover, well i figured maybe i got the drivers wrong and downloaded the wrong one cause when i looked at the intel donwload center there was a similar driver in the laptops section which was 945 rather than 965 that was the only difference so i delete the 965 drivers and try to downloadit and it says downloading and after its done, i dont have the driver... like, its not on my device manager or diag or anything i just still dont have it... so now im thinking maybe thats not my driver and i had it right originally but then i go to redownload 965 and it does the same thing... HELP !! please and direct me on how to get the correct drivers back and make it so the wow issue stops plz!! thanks!
