Actually, if you're applying for the Design/Media major, your admission status relies mostly on your portfolio, and not as much on your other stats. Do keep in mind that when applying for Design/Media major, if you are rejected, you won't accepted to any secondary major either for UCLA. Also, admittance to the Design/Media major is quite low, so if your main goal is just to get into UCLA, I would not recommend applying to the Design/Media major.
The third page of this 2012 supplemental/portfolio guidelines for the DMA major at UCLA gives you an idea of what you should include in your portfolio when applying: http://dma.ucla.edu/undergrad/apply/2012_DMA_SuppA...

Unfortunately, your SAT is very low for UCLA, and the person above me is right too, your portfolio is the most important factor. Also, keep in mind that UCLA has a 25% acceptance rate, so definitely make sure you have a backup school or two in mind.

nicely, college's do not seem at your AP attempt rankings for popularity. only the grade in that type. so as meaning your GPA desires to be weighted. i imagine that makes you've a three.6 (because you've distinct.) see you later as you receive B's. An AP B is a genuine international A. so that you reconfigure it. Ask the college counselor on your weighted GPA. i'd say your probability is notably sturdy, yet do not positioned all of your eggs in a unmarried basket!!!!
