Can I work out with stitches?
I had a cyst removed under my pecs by my collar bone on thursday. I have stitches. I am not in pain. I figure using the bike won't kill me.

You could quite safely ride a bike. You'd only need to avoid activities that would cause movement involving the chest muscles, like weight lifting. About the only advice I'd offer you would be to keep the stitches covered, Movement will still cause your shirt to shift about, and the material might catch or rub them. Othewise, pedal in good health!

Hi,
It is advisable not to take any type of exertions or stress on the body until your stiches are removed. There may be chances that you might feel pressure on collar bone driving. It is advisable to take epoper rest first so that collar bone are gets properly heeled up. Then after the consultation and permission from the doctor, you can drive the bike.
