new ipod shuffle, but new device assistant will not set up?
Got an ipod shuffle today and I can't set it up. The new device assistant does not come on when I plug the thing in. I have looked at itune help an ipod help and can't find useful information. All the help guides simply assume the new device assistant comes up, so step 1 is to name the unit but I can't get to that step - HELP!

Im mostly sure you need a computer to do this, or you could go to the Apple store
