So you have Photoshop? That's a good start.

Now figure out how to use the pen tool (not the brush.... the pen tool is a selection tool) because that will be the only one that works on THAT image.

Get him selected, then you can delete the background, copy him and put him into another photo.

He is very underexposed, so make sure the bathroom shot is also too dark, otherwise it will look very wrong.

Or try to fix his exposure..... in any case, you need to match the light.

Use a drop shadow for realism.

Chances are there were a number of things you didn't understand, but you'll just have to work your way through it via reading help files and tutorials and/or getting out some books. Photoshop (or even Elements) requires quite some skill and YOU have to make the effort to get those skills. Alternatively, find someone who knows what they're doing and pay them for their skill and time.
