i told a temp agency i can take a job, but now i can't. i didn't sign a contract so can i cancel this?

thanks guys, that was easy. but yeah, i think i do need a new agency. she didn't seem happy. she said i put her in a bind

    but you might need to find another agency.

    Yes, you can. You could've even got out of it with a contract... Contracts only cover mainly the employer not the employee (you).

    Call them now. The sooner you tell them, the more time they have to replace you.

    And don't expect them to be happy about this. Think really hard about whether you really need to do this other thing.
