Consume more calories than you expend. Start eating a lot of fried food, starchy foods, loads of carbohydrates and develop a taste for sweets.
Do not exercise. Drink a lot of alcohol and sit around as much as you can.
You will get fat. You'll also have a ghastly wardrobe and die young.
But, some people will do anything for love.
