How do I find partial pressure?

1.960 g He, 7.600 g F2, and 6.720 g Ar are placed in a 17.2-L container at 80 oC. What are the molar concentrations and partial pressures of the gases?

So I figured out that He has .0284 M, F2 has .0116 M, Ar has .0098 M and that the total pressure is 1.445 atm.

So the question is, based on those values, how do I figure out the partial pressure?
