Why do most new hip hop artists suck?
All im hearing is things that don't even matter or have any substance Tyga, Nicki, Wayne, Tyler the Creator (He should be a comedian), Drake, Big Sean, the list goes on and on, their music isn't even good and people actually like it?
Someone please enlighten me I don't understand what's happening, There are still many very good artists but these people actually have FANS, and I don't get it. I could say "Rack City B!$!@#" for 4 minutes straight, what's musically genius at all about that?

Money. more and more companies are either buying or bought record labels or moved into music. Basically Shady Aftermath is owned by interscope which is now owned by unverisal and so on. So the big boys at the top just want money, and rubbish club/pop stuff sells
people want to get famous and follow the easy path of making rubbish stuff to get big
stupid idiot kids
BUT Hip-Hop is not dead, far from. there is a big gap between mainstream and underground. but there are so many really talented rappers in the underground its amazing. You could even say its hiphop's golden era. Kristoff Krane, Slug, Grieves, Akala, Black The Ripper, Diabolic etc. the list goes on and on.
HipHop is still awesome, you just have to dig a lot deeper now. but its worth the effort

The demographic of Hip-Hop consumers have changed. The artists just caved in to peer pressure.

Its because hip hops dead... Lol like saying "you a stupid hoe" one hundered times is now music :/ thats kinda fuxked lol i guess some people like it because its over a catchy beat but then go listen to dubstep :p
