I receive call in mobile any time from an UNKNOWN # so does my wife. How can we track the person and location!?

I do not think it is possible for normal people to track exact location of a mobile phone. Only Police or the technicians for network provider company can do that.

The closest we can get is to find the state and service provider of that mobile number.

You cud go to the police, but it will be better if u wud assign the number for rejection via rejection list in your cell....
