Last I heard he wasn't apprehended. The police were laying siege to the place after he shot at them. But if you mean "will they give him a trial"...well if he doesn't kill himself. The outcome of the trial would be a pretty foregone conclusion at this point what with shooting at the cops and all.

France doesn't use the guillotine any more, so no, the "right thing" will never happen to the scumbag.
Let's just hope he offs himself and saves everyone a lot of trouble.

like what right think France don't have the death sentence for a long time he get a lot more time in Jail tham that *** hole in Norway is going to get by the way who killed so many children last summer.
