McAfee, Norton, NOD 32 which is the best?

and please from people who know what there talking about looking for a good anti virus i got a Dell Dimension E310 with Windows give me some helpful ideas on the best protection for my computer thanks.

i now use Norton 360.

    Norton has the best integration and least intrusion, so I would just keep using it. NOD 32 is a fine product, but McAfee has a lot of annoying popups.

    some are free

    all do about the same job, get the cheapest

    I have nod32, they update it every day
