Read the want ads diligently, and when you see an ad for that position, apply quickly.

Judy: DUH! If we knew where to find these so called "job ads" we'd be sure read the posting 'diligently' and apply ASAP!
The question is...where do you find these kinds of positions and the companies that hire these kinds of positions? They aren't in the paper, craigslist or monster.com...so what gives?
