So take both jobs, and keep looking.

If you have the opportunity to work, but you turn down a job because you want to collect UI instead, then you cannot receive any unemployment benefits.

i would say ethically because 10$ is barely nothing really i would say do that cause then you would have more time to look for a better job you would be more relaxed and could figure things out more clearly and try to live on as little money as possible meaning dont buy something you dont need save as much as you can

Are you wanting to work or not? Thats basically what it boils down to. Many people are unable to find work and do not have a choice to be on unemployment. Your taxes went to fund your unemployment so its not exactly taking money out of someone elses pocket.
