One of the best way to help is to support groups like HSUS.ORG, MERCYFORANIMALS.ORG & FARMSANCTUARY.ORG as these groups are already fighting to improve how animals are treated on factory farms... Another thing you can do is to write letters-to-the-editor of your local paper to make people aware of the mistreatment these animals receive... Maybe you can form a group or club to see if you can get any support from your friends... One of the first things to do is stop supporting factory farming by buying only organically raised meat, milk & eggs... that means avoiding all fast food restaurants which are supplied by factory farms.

It depends on where you want to start. If you want to start in your town, then write a letter or set up a meeting with the town's mayor. Which will be very hard since he is busy. If you want to start with your state. Then write a letter to the state government building(I don't know who you would send it too, but I think Google would know). And the hardest is nationally. Sending a letter to the president is very common. He gets over 2 million letter a day! And you can forget setting up a meeting with him! And congress and senate are selfish and won't take any time at all to try and help. So my best guess would be in your town or in your state. Or both. And what ever you do don't give up. One person makes a whole lot of a difference! :)

You'll fail? Yeah you will, but only because your sure you will. First thing is to learn all about ti. Second is to get the word out - there's a petition site online where you can get friend s and family to sign it with you. Present it to your school and see if anyone's listening? Sell it to local association's like business clubs and churches. Get support, and once you do preset your case to your congressman.
