Italy employment visa?
I have received an offer letter from Italy. I would like to know how much time does it take to get the 'Autorizzazione al lavoro subordinato' and clearance from the police department. Any help is appreciated.

It can vary a lot. When I got my visa to work here, it took 8 months to put all the paperwork in place to apply. I think some of that time was occupied by the company trying to figure out what was required because the rules were being changed at the time. Once I had everything, the visa was available within a couple of days though.
