This might sound totally evil, but it is SO good. Arrange the pork chops in a baking dish large enough to accomodate but not to large that they aren't snuggled up against each other. Crush 2 sleevers of Ritz crackers and scatter then over the chops. Pour half & half (or milk) over the crackers and the chops. Put a tablespoon of butter on top of each chop (or approximately where they are, they may be hard to find under all those crackers and cream). Bake at 375 degrees 50 to 60 minutes or until they just turn from pink to white

Why don't you have menus made up before you start cooking anything? I always do!! I cannot tolerate anyone asking me what is for dinner!!!

I post the menus for the day on the chalk board in my kitchen! If someone doesn't like what we are having they are more than welcome to drive the 65 miles to town for some sort of other food.

Always have a meat dish, a starch dish, a green dish and a red/yellow/orange dish, bread and dessert listed for your menus before you start cooking. This also helps with shopping!!

    I would probably post:

    Pork Ribs

    Glazed sweet potato fries

    Creamed Spinach

    Sliced tomatoes

    Dinner rolls

    Gingerbread with caramel icing

Twice baked potato and green beans

Here is a good twice baked potato recipe

    http://simplyrecipes.com/recipes/twice_baked_potat...

make sure to mix bacon cheese and your tasting of sour cream and milk to the center of it and when you put the bacon and cheese on top, make sure the bacon is over the sheese when you put them on tip otherwise the cheese will burn. They are really good and i hope you like them as much as me and my family do!
