¿TANTO LA ELECTRICIDAD, COMO EL AGUA LO COBRAN EN ESCALAS, YA SABIAS?

LA PRIMERA ESCALA TE CUESTA COMO UN PESO O POQUITO MENOS, LA SEGUNDA ESCALA DOS PESOS O ALREDEDOR, LA TERCERA ESCALA QUE ES LA QUE CASI LA MAYORIA USAMOS, TE CUESTA CASI TRES PESOS. Y LA PRIMERA ESCALA SOLO TE PERMITE EL USO DE UNO O DOS FOCOS, POR LO QUE SIEMPRE PAGAREMOS LA TERCERA ESCALA, NO ES ALGO ABUSIVO?

    Las escalas se usan virtualmente en todo el mundo. Acerca de como nos la aplican, eso si es un abuso.
