My Yahoo E-mail was high jacked yesterday and it deleted my address book. All of my contacts are on my iPhone, can I use that to get them back into my address book on the internet?

First go here and click .. my acct has been compromised
Then on your inbox page, click Contacts
Up at the top of the list of addresses, there's a button that says something like Show all contacts.
There's a link for show deleted contacts.
They should still be there
